The VLX Bracket is designed for users of the Paul C. Buff Vagabond Lithium Extreme battery pack, and shares many of the same features as the popular VML Bracket. Below are a few of the features of the VLX Bracket which make it the most secure and stable mounting system on the market for the Vagabond Lithium Extreme battery pack.
The VLX Bracket is made in the USA
Like the VML Bracket, the VLX Bracket is made in Colorado, USA by one of the best metal fabrication companies in North America.
The VLX Bracket
Following the successful design to the VML Bracket, the VLX Bracket is made from 16 gauge cold rolled steel and powder coated in a durable c241 black matte finish.
Vent Cutouts For Heat Dissipation
The VLX Bracket is designed with the heat dissipation system of the Vagabond Lithium Extreme in mind. Cutouts along the back of the VLX Bracket allow for proper air flow from the VLX, while the space between the VLX and the Super Clamp slot in the VLX Bracket allow for air flow from the internal fan of the battery pack.
Manfrotto Super Clamp Integration
Like the VML Bracket, the VLX Bracket is designed to be used in conjunction with a Manfrotto Super Clamp (sold separately) which guarantees a rock solid grip to nearly every light stand on the market.
Rock Solid Security
The Vagabond Lithium Extreme battery pack is secured to the VLX Bracket using two heavy duty cinch straps, which are uniquely positioned to not only ensure that the VLX is securely seated in the VLX Bracket but also allow for quick and easy removal of the VLX when needed.
